Are you a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a passion for systems and studio management? TBM Group (the dynamic duo of Thinkartfully & Jelly) is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Studio and Systems Manager to help us keep our studio running smoothly while ensuring our internal systems are working efficiently to support our creative teams.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, forward-thinking company and take on a pivotal role in managing both our UK studio operations and our vital business systems.

What You’ll Do:

Studio Management:

  • Be the go-to person for everything related to our studio environment, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Liaise with landlords and other building tenants, managing any property-related matters like contracts and renewals (IT, cleaning, etc.).
  • Maintain an efficient working environment by managing the day-to-day studio needs—from office supplies to printer maintenance to plant care.
  • Act as the first point of contact for any issues that arise, whether it’s WiFi connectivity or minor facility issues. You’ll ensure the team has what they need to stay productive.
  • You’ll be the HR/People hub for the staff; administering HR systems, managing employee lifecycle, monitoring and booking holiday allowances, whilst helping organise team get-togethers and Socials.

Systems Management:

  • Keep our internal systems running like clockwork. Troubleshoot any issues, manage system updates, and work on integrations.
  • Oversee the efficiency and functionality of essential tools, including our CRM, and other business systems, ensuring they support our team rather than hinder it.
  • You'll be pivotal in testing and implementing any new systems, working closely with our sales and project management teams.
  • Manage contracts and renewals for all systems used by the business, ensuring everything stays on track and functions optimally.

Your Role in Our Team:

You’ll play a key role in maintaining an organised, efficient, and welcoming studio environment, acting as the main point of contact for both internal teams and external partners. This is a hands-on, in-the-office role, and we’re looking for someone who thrives on being part of the action and keeping everything ticking over.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Organised: You love keeping things in order and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Detail-oriented: You have an eye for detail, whether it’s managing systems, contracts, or day-to-day studio needs.
  • Self-starter: You can take initiative and get things done without needing constant guidance.
  • Tech-savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems, project management tools, and general IT troubleshooting is a plus.
  • Great Communicator: Whether it’s with landlords, team members, or third-party providers, you build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Adaptable: The ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Why TBM Group?

We’re committed to equality, inclusion, and doing the work that backs it up; in what we create and how we operate. That’s why we became employee-owned in 2023, with a women-led senior leadership team guiding the way. And in 2024, we were proud to be named a Top Creative Company by If You Could.

We take our culture seriously. We partner with educational and non-profit organisations to make the industry more accessible, more equitable, and more reflective of the world we live in.

We’re not just here to make great work—we’re here to move things forward.
