Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (depending on experience)

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate Learning Designer with experience in DEI-focused learning design and research to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on developing engaging learning experiences, conducting qualitative research, and translating insights into effective training materials.
About the Role
As a Learning Designer (DEI), you will play a critical role in designing and developing DEI learning programs based on robust research and insight. You will work closely with our team to create innovative and engaging training solutions that drive positive change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learning design: develop high-quality DEI learning experiences, including learning programmes, workshops, e-learning modules, and training materials.
- Research & insights: conduct qualitative research, analyse survey data, and derive actionable insights to inform learning design.
- Content development: translate research findings into compelling, practical, and interactive learning content.
- Data analysis: utilise tools like SurveyMonkey and Google Slides to analyse and present qualitative and quantitative research.
- Collaboration: work with facilitators and subject matter experts to ensure training content is relevant and impactful.
- Some client engagement : support client interactions and help manage small to medium-sized DEI projects.
- Proposal writing: assist in drafting learning proposals and presenting ideas to stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
Mandatory
- Proven experience in learning design within DEI (minimum 2–3 years).
- Strong qualitative research skills, principally data interpretation and insight generation.
- Ability to turn learning design into high-quality training materials using Google Slides in the Utopia template.
Desirable
- Experience working with clients in DEI-related projects.
- Confidence in writing new business proposals and presenting ideas.
- A creative thinker who can develop engaging and meaningful learning experiences.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- A proactive and collaborative approach, with excellent attention to detail.
- High-level proficiency in English (written and spoken).
