Co-CEO (Maternity Cover)

Routes exists because the UK asylum system too often denies refugee and asylum seeking women the welcome, autonomy, and opportunities they need to rebuild their lives. Over the past eight years we've supported over 350 women from 30+ nationalities through mentoring, skills development, and community, and 64% of our programme graduates go on to start a new job or course within six months.

We're a small team with big ambition, led by two Co-CEOs in a genuine shared leadership model. We're looking for someone to step into one half of that partnership, working closely with our permanent Co-CEO across income generation, impact and evaluation, operations, communications, and strategy.

We’re looking for a dynamic, friendly and independent person with experience leading small teams to lead the team to success alongside the Co-CEO. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the challenges and complexities of managing a small organisation working at board level, and feel excited by the prospect of supporting the ongoing delivery of Routes work.
